Our managers constantly stop by job sites to check in and evaluate our cleaning teams to ensure they are consistently cleaning correctly and enjoying their work.
We use scheduling software to keep us organized. You get email reminders for your upcoming cleanings and text notifications when your cleaners are on the way. If you're on a recurring schedule, your next booking is automatically scheduled for you based on the frequency you chose (weekly, every 2 weeks, or every 4 weeks). We're proactive about reaching out to you during holidays to reschedule your cleanings if it falls on a day we are closed.

Your cleaners will bring everything they need to clean your home - even the vacuum. All we ask is that you have garbage bags on hand so that we can replace your liners when they are full.
