Housekeeping For Airbnb & Other Vacation Properties

Our Airbnb cleaning services are designed for short-term rental properties that are listed on sites such as Airbnb, VRBO, Home Away, or another similar type of service. The goal of these cleanings is to get the property ready for the next guest. If you have a guest arriving the same day as another guest is checking out, just let us know and we'll make sure we're done by 3 pm provided we are able to start cleaning no later than noon.

Flat-rate Pricing

Most hosts pass along the price of their cleaning fee to the guest. That's why we set a flat-rate price for you. This way you can easily communicate these costs to your guests and they can more effectively budget for their stay. Cleaning of minor messes in the fridge and oven is included in your cleaning. Limited laundry service is also included. See details below.

Short- vs Long-term Stays

We consider anything longer than 4 weeks a long-term stay. Long-term stays require more time to clean so it's best to schedule a One-time Home Cleaning instead.

Get Glowing Reviews

Did you know that the number one most mentioned complaint from Airbnb guests is about how clean a property is? Did you also know that guests consider reviews the most important part of their decision to book a stay?

The bathroom is usually the first place where your guest will really start to take notice of how clean (or not clean) your Airbnb home is. One water stain on the faucet, a hair left in the shower or a toilet that hasn't been disinfected can lead to a very scathing review. Ensure your guests always feel like they just booked their own private oasis. They'll love their stay, leave you a thankful review, and you'll attract more guests.

How will the cleaning fee affect my Airbnb listing?

Airbnb hosts tend to struggle with how much to charge for a cleaning fee. We recommend that you don't even consider the price at first. Instead, think about what you want to have cleaned every time. Do you have the time to do it yourself?

Now consider this: A professional cleaning service will act as another set of eyes on your property. They can let you know of damages and items that need to be restocked. If your guests are running a little late they may meet the cleaning staff. That staff will now become the face of your listing. They will be the last thing the guest experiences before writing their review. Do you want a sharply uniformed team with organized, professional cleaning equipment showing up or do you want someone carrying a Swiffer they purchased from Target?

Laundry

Laundry is included in the price of your cleaning. We will do as much laundry as we can in the time it takes to clean the property. Any unfinished laundry can be taken off-site to be cleaned for a fee.

  • We only launder towels and bedding.

  • Laundry machines must be free to use and located in the unit, not part of a share facility.

  • Laundry detergent must be provided for us.

  • We only launder as much as we can within the time it takes to clean your property. This is typically 1-2 loads but will vary depending on the size of the home and the efficiency of your machines.

  • Off-site laundry is not cleaned by Spring Into Clean. We will schedule pick-up/drop-off laundry services from Family Laundry in Oakland. We will charge you whatever they charge us. We do not up-charge their fee, only pass it through to you. Please see their site for current pricing. Items will be brought back when we return to clean again.

  • We do not treat stains. We will run items through the wash and dry cycles only. It's up to your machines to do the cleaning.
