Housekeeping For Airbnb & Other Vacation Properties

Vacation turnover services are designed for short-term rental properties that are listed on sites such as Airbnb, VRBO, Home Away, or another similar type of service. The goal of these cleanings is to get the property ready for the next guest. If you have a guest arriving the same day as another guest is checking out, just let us know and we'll make sure we're done by 3 pm provided we are able to start cleaning no later than noon.

Flat-rate Pricing

Most hosts pass along the price of their cleaning fee to the guest. That's why we set a flat-rate price for you. This way you can easily communicate these costs to your guests and they can more effectively budget for their stay. Cleaning of minor messes in the fridge and oven is included in your cleaning. Limited laundry service is also included. See details below.

Short- vs Long-term Stays

We consider anything longer than 4 weeks a long-term stay. Long-term stays require more time to clean so it's best to schedule a One-time Home Cleaning instead. 

Laundry

Laundry is included in the price of your cleaning; however, there are some limitations to what we can do. The following policies have been implemented to minimize the health risks to our employees.

  • We only launder towels and bedding that have been stripped and left on the floor or placed in laundry bags. Everything else we will consider unused and ready for the next guest. 

  • Laundry machines must be located within the unit and free to use. Your housekeeper cannot use laundry machines in a shared laundry center as these typically require a fee and must be watched at all times to ensure no one steals or tampers with your items.

  • Laundry detergent must be provided for us. We do not bring it with us. If you would like us to use fabric softener that should be provided as well.

  • We only launder as much as we can within the time it takes to clean your property. This is typically 1-2 loads but will vary depending on the size of the home and the efficiency of your machines.

  • We can take laundry off-site to clean for a flat-rate fee of $49. Items will be brought back when we return to clean again. We recommend having 3 sets of towels and sheets: one for the next guest, one to take off-site if needed, one as a back-up just in case.

  • We do not treat stains. We will run items through the wash and dry cycles only. It's up to your machines to do the cleaning.
