Your cleaning is on the calendar :) Here's what you can expect next.

Create your password

You should receive an email with a link that will allow you to create a password to the Client Portal. Log in to your account to view your upcoming cleanings, reschedule, update your billing info, add a tip, or even rate your housekeepers. 

3-Days before your cleaning

You'll get a reminder of your upcoming cleaning. If you need to reschedule, please do so before the end of the day to avoid a late cancellation fee of 50 percent of the cleaning price. Your housekeepers rely on their schedule for consistent income. Cancelling or rescheduling with short notice means we may not be able to fill their schedule for them and they lose out on pay. If you need to reschedule a cleaning, please do so as early as you can so that we have time to fill in their schedule. We know that life happens and we'll work with you adjust your cleaning schedule as needed.

2-Days before your cleaning

We'll check in with you to see if anyone in the household has tested positive for COVID-19 or shown symptoms within the last 2 weeks. If yes, we'll work with you to reschedule your cleaning for when it's safer for everyone.

We'll also preauthorize the card on file for the cost of the cleaning. This usually shows up as a pending transaction for most banks.

The day of your cleaning

Your housekeepers will text you when they are on the way. You can respond to this text if you need to reach them or our Client Support team.

Pricing

The price for your first cleaning is the price shown on the booking form. If you have scheduled recurring services (weekly, every 2 weeks, etc.) we will update the price of your second cleaning after we've finished. This way we are able to see how much use the home gets between cleanings and can better set aside the appropriate amount of time to care for your home. Client's usually see a savings of 10%-30% on their second cleaning. This varies depending on how much work we need to do and how often we clean for you. To view your updated price, simply log into your account the day after we've completed the second visit.

In some rare cases, the recurring price may be the same or higher than the initial cleaning price. This is usually because

  • there is too much time between cleanings - i.e. cleanings are scheduled every 6 weeks when every 4 weeks would be better

  • extra services were requested

  • or the home just needs more TLC than we expected.

Want to save on future cleanings? 

Earn credits towards future cleanings by inviting your friends. When they complete their first cleaning you'll get $25 and they'll get $25. Save up your credits or use them as you earn them.
