Co-living Cleaning

Reduce Tenant Turnover

Tenants get most annoyed when someone they live with is messy. This can lead to tension within the home and higher turnover. A housekeeping service can help with that!

Your tenants agree to do some of the daily cleaning around the common areas of the home, but how nice would it be to take some of that pressure off their plates? Our professional housekeeping services will clean the most commonly used areas and provide detailed cleaning as needed which makes it easier for your tenants to do the easy daily maintenance.

And when cleaning is easier to do, tenants are more likely to do it!

End of Lease Cleaning

When a tenant does move out, we can do a thorough move out cleaning of their room. This means you can rent out that space faster!

I use spring into clean once a month for a few co-living properties I manage and they're great! Super easy to communicate with and schedule, always very friendly, and quick to respond. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!

We also understand how important it is to have the right people in your properties. You take great care in finding the right person for each community just like we are careful about whom we hire to clean your properties. Our focus has always been on putting people first. So you can rest easy knowing that your residents will enjoy chatting with their housekeeper and their housekeeper truly does get a sense of satisfaction from helping others.

Charge More For Your Properties

Tenants love to hear that their co-living lease will include professional housekeeping. It gives your lease the feel of a premium property. It shows the tenant that the property has been maintained over the years and they will feel they are moving into a newer unit. All of this means you can charge a premium for rent because you're providing a clean, healthy, and shiny place for them to live in.
