Housekeeping For Co-living Properties

Your co-living space is about community. Your residents want a place where they can feel like they are a part of an extended family. And when a home is clean, it makes it so much easier to actually want to spend time together in that space.

Let us help you keep that community space sparkling. We'll clean the bathrooms, kitchens, and other shared areas of the home so that your residents can focus more on enjoying time together. Hiring a professional service to come in regularly is the best way to ensure no messes build up for too long. This helps to preserve the investment you've made in your property and lower your long-term maintenance costs.

When a resident moves out, we can do a thorough cleaning of their room so that it's move-in ready for the next tenant.

We also understand how important it is to have the right people in your properties. You take great care in finding the right person for each community just like we are careful about whom we hire to clean your properties. Our focus has always been on putting people first. So you can rest easy knowing that your residents will enjoy chatting with their housekeeper and their housekeeper truly does get a sense of satisfaction from helping others.

Tenants love to hear that their co-living lease will include professional housekeeping. And it's something you should absolutely charge more for.

Your housekeepers can act as an extra set of eyes on your property and report back anything that is damaged or looks suspicious.

FAQ

The Answers You Need

We can do that! It's actually really simple. You can have multiple cards on file and set each card to a specific address to be billed. This way you know what to charge your tenants depending on which building they are in.

I have multiple buildings at the same address but each building needs to be billed separately.

We do use a disinfectant that is on the EPA's List N and approved for use against COVID-19. However, we ask that you wait until 10 days have passed and all residents have tested negative for the virus. We can then come in and disinfect the properties.

One of our tenants tested positive for COVID-19. Can you come in and disinfect that?

Yes! We just ask that they wear masks when interacting with our housekeepers and to help us socially distance by working in a different room while we clean for them.

Can our tenants be home while you're cleaning?
