  • Conference tables wiped down. We skip individual desk spaces so as not to mess up their workspace.

  • Doors and door frames dusted and spot cleaned

  • Cobwebs removed

  • Front of cabinets wiped down. Interior cabinets can be dusted but only if emptied by your staff first. We do not handle contents inside cabinets or drawers.

The Answers You Need

We can do that! It's actually really simple. You can have multiple cards on file and set each card to a specific address to be billed. This way you know what to charge your tenants depending on which building they are in.

I have multiple buildings at the same address but each building needs to be billed separately.

We do use a disinfectant that is on the EPA's List N and approved for use against COVID-19. However, we ask that you wait until 10 days have passed and all residents have tested negative for the virus. We can then come in and disinfect the properties.

One of our tenants tested positive for COVID-19. Can you come in and disinfect that?

Yes! We just ask that they wear masks when interacting with our housekeepers and to help us socially distance by working in a different room while we clean for them.
